Air Purification & Radon

Cleaner, safer air for a healthier home.

Indoor air can be 2–5x more polluted than outdoor air — and in Pennsylvania, roughly 4 in 10 homes test high for radon. We handle both: whole-home air purification that attaches to your HVAC, and professional radon mitigation systems that vent the gas safely outside.

Air Purification & Radon

What we remove

  • Radon gas — the #1 cause of lung cancer in non-smokers
  • Dust, dander, and pollen
  • Mold spores and mildew
  • VOCs and household chemical odors
  • Smoke and cooking odors
  • Bacteria and viruses
  • Pet odors

How it works

  1. 01

    Whole-home installation

Mounted directly into your existing HVAC ductwork — invisible and silent.

  2. 02

    Active air purification

Advanced filtration paired with UV or ionization technology cleans air as it circulates.

  3. 03

    Set it and forget it

Annual checkups only. No monthly filter swaps or noisy plug-in units cluttering your rooms.

What we treat

Four indoor-air problems we solve

Every home breathes differently. Our analysis pinpoints the specific contaminants affecting yours so we can recommend the right whole-home solution.

Dust, Allergens & Airborne Particles

Reduce dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke particles and other fine airborne contaminants.

Mold, Bacteria & Microbial Growth

Help control microbial growth, particularly around the HVAC coil and other damp areas of the system.

Odors, VOCs & Chemical Pollutants

Address cooking odors, pet odors, smoke and certain VOCs from cleaners, paints, furniture and other household products.

Humidity & Stale Indoor Air

Identify excessive/insufficient humidity and poor ventilation that can contribute to musty conditions, discomfort and indoor-air-quality problems.

Radon Mitigation

Radon is invisible, odorless — and common in PA.

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that seeps up from the soil into basements and crawl spaces. Pennsylvania has some of the highest radon levels in the country. The EPA recommends taking action at 4.0 pCi/L or higher — and the only way to know your level is to test.

01

Test

We place a certified radon test in the lowest lived-in level of your home and read the results with you.

02

Mitigate

If levels are high, we install a sub-slab depressurization system — a sealed suction point, quiet inline fan, and vent stack that carries radon above the roofline.

03

Verify

A post-mitigation test confirms your levels dropped, and the system runs continuously with a visible pressure gauge you can check anytime.
